Color & Size
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on this website. However, the actual color you will see depends on many factors, including your computer, and we cannot guarantee that it will be exactly the same as the colors of our products. Size guide given is for reference only, the measurements of the actual products may vary slightly.
Order & Purchase
All sales are final after your order is processed. Cancellation, changes of design, quantity, color and/or size will not be allowed. Please review your order carefully before you submit your order or payment to us.
We accept Internet Banking, Credit Card and Manual Bank Transfer (ATM Transfer/Cash Deposit/Cheque Deposit). For payment made using Internet Banking or Credit Cards, payment notification will be automatically sent to us. For Manual Bank Transfer (ATM Transfer/Cash Deposit/Cheque Deposit), we will NOT process your order until we receive your payment notification. Shipping & Delivery Information
All orders are delivered by courier services. Free shipping is available for orders above $100 and shipped within Singapore. Estimated delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 working days (Exclude Sat, Sun & Public Holiday) after payment made. Shipping and delivery is subject to customs clearance delay and may vary due to product availability. You are also responsible to notify us before you place your order if you have a deadline to receive your consignment. We shall bear no responsibility for any issue caused due to delay after the order is processed.
Exchange / Return Policy
Under normal circumstances, we do not offer exchange or return. Only product(s) with defects, wrong colour and wrong size items sent by OOTD Malaysia can be exchanged. Slight variation of size and/or color is not considered a defect. Exchange request must be submitted within 3 working days upon parcel received. Upon approval of an exchange, you must ensure that we receive the returned product(s) within 7 working days. The product(s) must also be returned in original condition. Failure to do any of the stated may result in your exchange being rejected. We strongly advise using Pos Laju courier service for returns as the product(s) will remain your responsibility until we sign for them. Unless otherwise specified, you shall be responsible for the return shipping costs and we will bear the shipping costs back to you if any. We reserve the rights to refuse exchange or return of a product.
We reserve the rights to change the Site Rules on our website at any time without prior notice. Please visit these pages as often as you wish. Changes to the Site Rules will be effective at the time they are posted.
